Targeted Training

It is hard to capture return on educational investment.  The reason for this is simple: classroom learning has very low retention rates, especially when not tied to specific applications within the company.  FutureWorks utilizes project based learning, where employees immediately apply what they learn to specific projects within the company.

The learning is not measured by some arbitrary test, but rather by successful completion of specific, necessary projects within your organization.  This approach takes a little more planning and time to identify these learning opportunities, but it is also tremendously more useful and more fun.
